The NRF Student Program in New York City gives college students the unique opportunity to launch their future careers in retail and experience all that the industry offers. Retail executives in marketing, merchandising, talent, entrepreneurship, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, supply chain, technology and more will share their stories, insights, and what they learned in their careers, and students will explore various careers paths in the retail industry, meet with dozens of recruiters from their favorite brands and create visions for their futures, all in just four days.

The NRF Foundation Student Program is open to all undergraduate and graduate students and all educators and staff at any U.S. college or university. The deadline to register is December 21, 2022.

Amazon Tour & Talk 2023

All students welcome! Amazon University Operations is hosting this exciting event just for NRF Foundation attendees, highlighting their global network of Fulfillment Centers, delivery stations, and customer service teams led by amazing leaders that help Amazon make history every day! Join Amazon Operations field recruiters for a chat to learn more about internship and full-time opportunities across the country. Open positions include: Area Manager, HR Partner, Workplace Health & Safety Full-Time and Intern, the equivalent of managers in our world-class fulfillment centers. Burlington will host students first in our NY Buying Office for an overview of the company and Buying department with a member of our Early Career Recruiting Team and a VP DMM. Following the kick-off students will be paired up in 2s to join a Buyer and his/her AB for a morning in market. Learn first-hand what it means to be an Assistant Buyer!

All students are welcome! You will have the opportunity to join Kohl's for one or multiple chats to learn about varying parts of our Business. Topics will revolve around Merchandising, Art, Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and Management. Learn how these departments impact some of our biggest initiatives at Kohl's including our Sephora roll out, Amazon Partnership, and National and Private Brand focuses. In December, you will receive a follow up communication from Kohl's to select the specific sessions you'd like to attend!
