Our virtual and in-person programming connect retailers with exceptional talent from across the country, including career fairs, mentoring, DEI events and more. Our programs foster talent, promote diversity and nurture innovation, giving students unique opportunities to explore career paths and opportunities in retail. And each year, our more than $600,000 in scholarships provide real-world hands-on experience.
