The University Recruiter Group is open to recruiters in early talent and/or campus relations of any retail company.

The group meets virtually bi-monthly to discuss top-of-mind issues and topics in the university recruiting space. Participating members share best practices, plans for internships and other early talent programs, and ask questions to source opinions and perspectives on challenges they are facing or initiatives they are working on. The group works collaboratively to ensure that students and young professionals have positive and impactful experiences working for retail companies, ultimately contributing to a stronger pipeline of talent for the industry.

Participation is open to any retail company, defined as a business that sells directly to consumers through a store or website. There is no cost to participate and attend virtual meetings. The group is managed by the NRF Foundation.
