Who should complete the registration in the RISE Up portal?

Your organization's RISE Up administrator will complete the initial registration step with Kaleidoscope Learning and then they will add users to the account (this includes site administrators, teachers and proctors).

Once you have been added to the platform by your organization's RISE Up administrator, you will receive a welcome email from riseup@kaleidolearning.com with details on how to access the platform. You may need to check your spam or junk folder.

Please contact your organization's RISE Up administrator if you have questions about when you will gain access to the portal. If you are unsure who your organization's RISE Up administrator is, please email RISEUp@nrf.com for assistance.

What information should I provide my billing team for payments?

Beginning in 2023, our third-party vendor for the Rise Up portal changed. This includes both the learning platform as well as payment processing.

Please share current instructions for paying invoices with your billing contact. In a few instances, billing departments are using outdated addresses and incorrect payees for checks.

The correct information for mailing checks is as follows:

You can find "steps to pay an invoice" by wire or ACH by visiting the Help Center under "Common Questions for Group Administrators."

How do I contact Kaleidoscope Learning customer service?

Visit the Help Center and choose from the four options to contact customer service: submit a ticket, send an email, call them or chat live online.

Are there tutorials or videos on how to use the RISE Up platform?

Yes, there are tutorials available in the Help Center. You may also register for a biweekly "RISE UP Portal Tutorial" webinar by using the "Webinars" link below.

Where can I find general information about the RISE Up program?

What do each of the four RISE Up credentials cover?

Having one of our RISE Up industry-recognized credentials builds confidence, provides essential skills and can set you apart during interviews. You’ll understand the ever-changing retail environment and explore all that retail jobs offer.
