The NRF Foundation Retail Bright Futures Scholarship presented by Amazon, is a need-based scholarship that offers the opportunity for students to attend NRF NXT (formerly known as the NRF Foundation Student Program) free of charge.
NRF NXT offers students the chance to explore exciting career paths in the retail industry and accelerate their careers. Students will have the opportunity to meet with and learn more about having a career within the retail industry, including meeting with some of the most exciting brands in the country who are driving innovation.

The deadline to apply for this opportunity is October 20, 2026.
Before starting the application, ensure you meet all of the following qualifications.
Enrolled full-time at a fully accredited U.S. college, university or a community college
Undergraduate-level: sophomore, junior or senior in a four-year college program, or a first or second year undergraduate student enrolled in a community college in January 2027
Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
Legal U.S. citizen or resident over 18 years of age
Have not previously attended NRF NXT (formerly the NRF Foundation Student Program) through a scholarship from the NRF Foundation.
Must be available to attend NRF NXT, Jan. 7-10, 2027 in NYC.
You will be contacted directly by the NRF Foundation regarding the status of your application.
Students will be notified if they are selected. If you are selected to attend, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to register. Hotel accommodation will be reserved on your behalf.
If you are selected to attend, the information you submit will be used to assist in securing your travel arrangements. Please provide your personal details as they are written on your travel documents.
Students will be notified of their application status and selection by November 20, 2026.
